H2O has its official grand opening event

The day that we've all been waiting for has arrived. The grand opening event for the newest and hottest club in Second Life, H2O.

The event kicked off with DJ Sassy (Dessi Tyran) doing her thing, playing all the hottest track in Second Life. Keep the bodies moving. But a grand opening event is not complete without live performances.

We had the ever talented Mankind Tracer, AMFORTE, Gina Stella/Anek Fuchs, Andreus Gustafson, and Max Kleene rocking our stage with awesome vocals and great songs.

The festivities raged on until about 12am with DJs rocking the club including DJ Azu and DJ Carlie. But of course we had to show some love to our awesome patrons.

As a thank to all our guest who joined us for the grand opening, we gave a special grab bag for all the guys and gals. In addition, we gave out gift certificates to merchants in our diverse mall. But the party does stop there.

H2O is open Sun-Saturday from 12 pm to 12am with some of Second Life's hottest DJs and premiere live performers. So be sure to check out our calendar for upcoming shows and performances by all your favorite performers.

Max Kleene!!!!

Let us all welcome Second Life's premiere Live Musician performing to H²O!!!

Within our beautifully sculptes walls, Max Kleene will honor us and our guests (that's you) with solo acoustic guitar, with vocals covering popular and well-loved songs, old and new, and with obscure favourites thrown in!!!

Here, he will be touching on rock, pop, alternative, old country, emo, rock-folk, Canadian, and hip-hop.

"I'm having fun doing my thing in Second Life and developing as a musician and songwriter."

Here at H²O, Our entertainment knows no bounds! And, our featured artist, Dale Katscher's, is also a man of few limits!

His musical influences are wide ranging as they are specific, from Damian Rice, The Beatles, Ray Lamontagne, Sheryl Crow, and all the way to Justin Timberlake. But what will make you fall in love with this amazing artist is his soulful, heartfelt originals that tell a story of their own.

Dale is a seasoned musician who has played in for 15 years and made the jump to Live SL performance in 2008, charming audiences all over the grid with his musical talents and irresistible personality.

"I play both acoustic and electric in RL and SL. I don't use any backing tracks at all. I am capable of it, but for me, I like the pure approach of just a guitar and a voice with nothing else. There is something exhilarating about it to me."

Right up until you find The Follow's! A band unlike most, gaining in popularity and conviction since it's start in 1992 and their debut to SL in 2008! Their sincerity and commitment to explore internal issues with an original sound allows the band to be completely universal and addicting.

Besides, any band that has a statue of Jesus on the cover of an album that neither mentions Him nor thanks Him in the credits begs to be explored further.

Taunter Goodnight is a smooth, hip, artist on the rise!

As a classically trained, former opera singer now turned Pop, Blues, Classic and Alternative Rock singer, she knows how to hit those notes while keeping the crowd rockin' and comin' back for more.

She is one of the many must-see live performers at H²O.

H²O's welcomes Cylindrian Rutabaga

Cylindrian Rutabaga has created poetic music touching upon the very core of living, overcoming insecurities, renewal through birth, sacrifice, and seeking and finding redemption. Her true to the heart, uplifting collection of stories are inspired by the very people who have made an impact in her life.

Cylindrian has performed around the grid of Second Life for 2 and half years, entertaining audiences around the world. In 2008, she hosted the Art/Music Collaborative with Lyndon Heart and Kyle Beltran, performing alongside original artwork created by Filthy Fluno.

Her deep philanthropic soul, and cool tunes makes her a greatly anticipated addition to the H²O team!
